Why was Virgina and New York important to the ratification of the constitution?​

Virginia and New York were both populous and powerful, therefore; without their consent the Constitution would stand on shaky grounds.

a historian researching the immigration policies of the early 1900s would expect a source written today,rather than in 1910 to :

i believe the correct answer is option b. most eastern european nations joined nato.

though i could be wrong, option d. the eastern european nations were granted complete independence, would be another choice.
