Do you feel it is proper to place any boundaries on free expression in order to prohibit insulting and abusive speech? Why or why not?​

Boundaries on free expression, no I do not believe that would benefit most. I believe that everyone should be able to express their opinions openly however the methods of how are what should be changed. By expressing through rioting, people learn that either they must force their opinion to get a reaction, or to bystanders they will start to believe that the rioters’ opinions are wrong. The main problem with this is unequal power in speech. Every human being should be able to peacefully speak their opinions however in a civil manner so that everyone may hear the same story and think of whether or not they as a person agree or disagree.
