World War II Project * Your project will consist of the following 5 parts:
1. Research Steps - Each day in the library you will be asked to complete
specific research steps. Each of these steps will be graded according to its
accuracy, thoughtfulness, and effort you demonstrate. The steps include
the following: Defining the Information You Need, Discovering Possible
Resources, Locating and Evaluating Resources, Drawing Out Relevant
Information, Synthesizing the Information, Reflecting On The Research
Process.
2. Summary Paragraph - After completing a sufficient amount of research
about your topic, you will be required to write a paragraph which
summarizes what you have learned. The paragraph should focus on the key
questions and the overall impact of your person/battle/event.
3. Final Product - You will need to create a product which best helps to
illustrate what you have learned. With teacher approval, you will have a
choice of which product to produce. Some possibilities include:
