How it maintained his power was during his early political career in his book, "Mein Kampf" had shown the hatred for Jews as they were the cause of Germany's problems. Initially, he used the Jewish population as scape-goats to unite the German people against a common enemy. They would usually display camps in propaganda films as a getaway reeducation center where all the Jews lived comfortably.
