Some people don't have the money to go to school and get supplies. Some people have to work instead to provide for their family instead of getting an education. Some people don't even have schools nearby and don't have transportation to get to the schools. Some people do get education but it is poor. The teachers don't have the funds to buy stuff for the classroom or the teachers are poorly trained.
