Every time I feel good, I think it will last forever... but it doesnt

I know how it feels. The pain that you soon let go comes back and slaps you across the face and makes you bear the weight of pain all over again. All alone. But just know if you need help I am right here we will get through this together We will let go of our pain  and we will live free of grief and sorrow.
