Why did the Catholic Church play such an important role in medieval society?

The Catholic Church provided education and it gave help to the poor and sick. It was also a daily presence from birth to death meaning that it was always there for a persons lifetime

a   church leadership can be defined as a process of influencing other people to work together to accomplish a desired purpose.

in this case one person acting as a role model and influencing other to work as one person to accomplish a certain misson or purpose.

this can be either leading people to do the work of god

a. there was serious competition for tech jobs at the downtown clinic.
