When is it necessary for citizens to rebel against their government

It is necessary for the people to fight against their government when they feel like they are being abused of the power that has been given to the them. If the citizens agree that too much power is being taken they are in need of fighting back.

Well technically you shouldn't unless it's for a good cause like using marijuana medically in a state when it's a illegal say if you had a disease that could kill you and the cure is marijuana you would use it illegally so you don't die ? Idk if that makes sense but you see my point ?
