My mom says that I need to get out and socialize but the truth is that I don’t. Want to but I also don’t know how to even in school I don’t talk to any body so what should I do.?

Try to make a friend. or some frnds. then interact with them. not everyone would ignore you.

If you don wanna get out try to just go for some minutes. make some friend in ur neighbourhood.

I am super social and move a ton so most of the time I have to make new friends. I reccommend trying to find people at school who seem to be interested in the same stuff as you. You might notice when there is a chance when you can open up in a conversation. Ask them what their fave song is or whatever it is that draws you to them. This is so cliche but be you and don't sweat it. Also, not everyone is bound to like you which you need to accept. But, that doesn't mean everyone is bound to hate you. Actually try to have a conversation and I'm sure you'll be fine. Join a club or something. As long as your mom thinks ur making friends ur good. If you do something before she steps in though would be pretty good too because otherwise she's gonna do something that you really wouldn't like. Good luck and hope this helps!! :)
