How did the concept of land ownership differ on Cherokee land from white settlers’ lands?

land ownership with Cherokee was land that originally belonged to them as they are the true real first settlers of USA. they are the rightful owners of all land of USA.

with the invasion of people from the east Americam Indians were slowly uprooted from.their lands over centuries of war with new settlers.

The American Indians were given parts of lands by the US govt where they had their right to their own laws but still under the US Laws.
