yes it really does theirs so many things in history that has influenced so much today lets start off by mentioning the amendments without those we wouldnt know our rights today. women back then werent able to vote and handled alot of slavery they fought for their rights , and look women today are able to vote. african americans handled the fact of people treating them differently just by the color of their skin  andd fought for equality we have had wars after wars to have this century as it is

        i used both my knowledge of world history and the process of elimination to obtain these answers. option 1 cannot be a possible selection because the mandate of heaven belongs to ancient chinese philosophical belief. option 4 sounds like it would benefit the region than detriment it. however, both 2 and 3 explain a potential reason for what could have contributed to the fall of the roman empire.
