Lack of local production – some of the countries start to import more and more goods, which affects their local production, and therefore, the economy.Fewer jobs for people – when manufacture in one country has lowered, there are fewer and fewer people needed for the labor. Therefore, it can result in unemployment.Exploitation of foreign workforces and goods – If the production occurs in different countries, and products are provided only by trade, it can result in some countries being simply the workforce for the others. As these countries usually tend to be the poorer ones, their work conditions and salaries are not sufficient. They start earning less, as the industry knows they need the job, so there is a wast split between the cost of the product and the earnings of the workers.Goods and products being over-used – The goods are not limitless, and if certain things continue being imported from other countries, they would start dying out. This way is not sustainable for the functioning of the planet. Negative effect on the environment – every traveling and trade has its carbon footprint which affects the environment greatly. The more commerce and connections there are, the vast pollution is.

in 1877, the nez perce war took place.

1881 - president james garfield was assassinated.

1882 - the chinese exclusion act was passed.

1883 - a decision in the civil rights cases legalized racial segregation in the united states.

1887 - the dawes act was passed.

1893 - the panic of 1893 took place. (what a creative name)

and there are probably other topics you can find if you just search up "united states timeline," or "conflicts in the 19th century for america."

then once you find a topic you like find out how it affected the people of america and what not. (sorry if this feels a bit short changed, history was and never will be one of my strong topics)
