Why do you think the United States Senators rejected the Treaty of Versailles (the U. S. never did sign that treaty)? In your opinion were they right or wrong to reject the treaty?

"you must put in, if you would take out." his instinct for the money opportunity in things was amazing, his perception of the value of seizing this or that particular invention, plant, market, was unerring.
