(a) The Zhou dynasty can be attributed to the establishment of the idea of the Mandate of Heaven. (b) The Qin dynasty from 221- 207 B.C was attributed to the growth of Legalism. This philosophical belief held that human beings are more inclined to do wrong things than the right things because of their self-interest motivation which requires strict laws to make them adhere to more humane values. Emperor Qin Shi Huang of this dynasty was also attributed to the construction of the Great Wall of China.

(c) Han dynasty built the Silk Road to expand the trade routes from the Central Asian region to the Mediterranean region. This dynasty was also considered the golden age of China's history.
