Why would "achieving economic equality for women complete this diagram?

No person in this world is different from one or another, we all are same. All this caste, creed ,color etc were all made up and women suffered more than men. NOW's is trying to reduce gender inequality but empowering women from around the world and helping them live a better life. Nowadays women are owing companies, excelling in various streams. So what NOW's is doing should be supported at a high scale !

Women workers had traditionally faced the issue of unequal pay for the same work.
