US District Courts: They are the lowest branch of the federal judicial system and are responsible for prosecuting cases of violation of federal law

Within the system of state courts we have:

Supreme state courts: they are similar to the supreme court, but their work is limited to state activities. They are present in each state of the confederation and are responsible for listening to the lower courts. Higher courts: They judge cases of high complexity and need judgments to be resolved. Special Courts: Current in a similar way to its federal version, but are focused on cases where judgments must be submitted to the family, divorce court, among others.
