Does anyone know what this means ???

Soviet Union- Republican Party
One ruled party Gov by the communist party
United States- both democratic republican part

Basically, the Soviet Union has a bad gov. And a bad way of ruling their people!
The United States however has a wayyy better government system (besides the fact that it’s overruled). And politically, we are better than them. We are free as a people and what that chart is saying, is it’s comparing government based places. In this case it’s comparing what a government is like ruled by both democrats and republicans(U.S) and a government ruled by one party, just republicans(Soviet Union).
