What is art? How would you describe a “good” piece of art?

Good art is about the balance, composition, the use of light, how the artist moves the viewers eye throughout the piece it’s about the message that they are delivering or what the artist is trying to communicate to convey. It’s also about how the artist used his mediums and skills as an artist.
