Why are black people and white people dont like each other it is a school question

Because of the long years of White people feeling they have some sort of power of African Americans, they believed it was god-given for them to be racist basically but that just wasn't a word back then. African Americans wanted to have a good and honest life;however, the white people at the time were making their lives impossible with laws and slavery.
