Is it responsibilitiy of the federal government to make sure that American have health care coverage

This is a very debatable question. Each side of this debate have multiple important factors. For example, pros for universal health care could include overall health increase, and is a fundamental human right. However, someone could argue that it increase tax’s and you should not be paying for someone else’s bills. Either way , it’s your opinion.
