What does madison say about the selection process of government officials?

James Madison is a federalist in which he wrote an essay helping the readers to understand his idea of government in order for the organization to be efficient. He said that every branch of the government must be independent and that the selection of members of one branch should not be influenced by the other branches. Theoretically, the constituents should be the one selecting the members.
