Which colonies had the highest population density? 1775

The colonies that had the highest population rate where, Massachusetts, Connecticut,  New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland. Because many colonist landed in the north when sailing to the new world, in a time where they did not know how to hunt,fish, or farm in this new world they would settle with those who knew.
