It is a scheme of government where a cabinet consist of members of legislature has real executive power vested, who are in charge of the legislature individually as well as collectively. Parliamentary Democracy may have a prime minister who is chosen by the legislature.  

Presidential Democracy:  

In this system, the leader constitutionally does not depend on "the legislature" and "people" elect the leader directly It is a scheme of government where "the President" of the country is self-governing of the legislature constitutionally.  People have "the power" to elect the prime minister.
