Which event is an example of justice in a society.

Social justice is a comprehensive term wherein communal goals are set in the society and people abide by to it. This is called doing justice to the rules established in the society by following it. But nowadays many social injustices are observed in different spheres like health, education, Food and shelter etc.

Social justice can be followed only if every individual in a society esteems the value of society and realizes what important contribution he has to make for the welfare of the society.  

Though a society is seemed to be highly civilized it is of no use when it sorts to social injustice.

affirmative action refers to the policies that take gender, race, or ethnicity into account in order to promote equal opportunity.

employers subject to title vii are prohibited from taking race or sex into account in any employment decisions. aa is a penalty for having any job group substantially statistically "underutilized" in any race or either sex. the employer must take steps to eliminate the underutilization, then stop, ending its aa efforts
