What difficulties did the british army face during the revolutionary war

the colonists faced many hardships during the revolutionary war. one of the hardships was that many colonists were loyalists.   the colonists faced shortages of basic supplies such as food, weapons, and blankets. some of the shortages were due to a lack of money.
