Why did president roosevelt and prime minister churchill want to create declaration on liberated europe?

Aside from wanting the Yalta Conference to create an image of preserver of the human rights of the free people, President Roosevelt wanted to create a declaration on liberated Europe because he wanted to establish the United Nations prior to the Second World War’s end. On the other hand, Prime Minister Churchill wanted to complete the said declaration because of the rising power that Soviet Union which was then continually ravaging Europe’s people and economy. 

that is because lower interest rates allowed people to work harder to make money. it multiplied like that and now the uno(not the game) is very strong.
