2 - Deep reform of the banking and monetary system: Emergency Banking Relief Act or Emergency Banking Act was a law passed by the United States Congress, proposed by President Franklin D. The Law formulated a plan according to which all banks of manifest insolvency were definitively closed, allowing operations only to banks that proved to be sufficiently solvent to sustain themselves. It also led to the creation of the Commodity Credit Corporation, to make loans to farmers in addition to acquiring and storing crops for the purpose of maintaining the value of these.
