What do the differing approaches of booker t. washington and w. e.b du bois suggest about their views of american society?

Booker T. Washington wanted the African American people to prove the were worthy of the rights that white men had.  W.E.B. Du Bois said they should demand those rights immediatly.  Plz mark brainliest.
