The Civil Rights Act is a famous landmark case in the United States wherein it tries to abolish different forms of discrimination against women as well as ethnic, national and religious minorities. It is not true that federal funds would be withheld since the Civil Rights Act only tries to sue states in cases wherein they still try to have segregation in public facilities.
