Nterpret why do you think that party loyalties were so evenly divided after the end of the civil war?

They were all afraid of irritating people (who vote). Since people (who vote) decided their unavoidable future, they didn't want to take any strong stances on anything and just went with the flow and played the tune that the people wanted to hear. They needed to stay in power and not lose it for taking a serious stance

1 problem today is that it caused to much crime americans are born with freedom and liberty and not being restricted to things causing lots of crimes because there free until proven guilty and commit a crime

the pursuit of order has only made people hate order causing race profiling and   more
