What contribution did jane addams make to women workers?

Jane Addams created the Hull House in Chicago which offered baths ,cheap food ,childcare ,job training and health care . The Hull House  helped women by helping them get jobs and or training for jobs and if the women had kids then the Hull House also provided childcare while they worked .
