Which satire was written as a criticism of englands colonial rule of ireland

One of the most famous satires written against the English colonial rule of Ireland is "A Modest Proposal For preventing the Children of Poor People From being a Burthen to Their Parents or Country, and For making them Beneficial to the Publick" , better known as "A Modest Proposal".

This work was written by Jonathan Swift (although anonymously), author also of "Gulliver's Travels".

The essay critizises the english policies against Ireland's poorest people. Filled with irony the writing proposes that Irish people sell their young children as food for the rich. Obviously it is a satire against the cruelty of the English.
