Cite evidence that there were some negative effects of industrialization

Industrialization is the use of machines and other related machinery in the manufacturing process.This is a good and novel concept as it makes work easier, quicker and better than when work was done manually. However, while it has its advantages, it also has its drawbacks.One of them is pollution which is brought about by the release of harmful gases into the atmosphere because of the use of heavy machinery.Another negative effect include the poor treatment of workers which included low wages, little to no protection and remuneration in cases of work related injuries, lack of minimum wage,etc. This led to the creation of workers union to protect the welfare of workers.
