The united states has given billions of dollars for reconstruction efforts following other wars we were involved in. this was similar to the period following the civil war and that the goal was not just rebuilding physical structures but also changing other country societies to be more like the united states. do you think this practice is important for the united states to do? is it moral? under what circumstances do you think this type of reconstruction is a good idea?
