How did the u. s. constitution solve problems with the election of legislators under the articles of confederation? it created a bicameral legislature, allowing each state two ways of passing laws. it specified that the people would choose the representatives in federal government. it created a congress, allowing each state an equal number of elected officials to represent it. it created an executive branch, allowing each state to lobby the president for vetoes.
