Okay so scientists found out that teenagers need more sleep as in 7to 8 hrs of sleep exactly to function propetly and while that little kids are more likely to wake up earlier than teens. (This is a proven fact cus my little brother wakes up at 6 and watches TV until his bus comes at 8) ;(( so to convince ur parents u can say like this, I would become less stressful, excel in my studies and make your life easier so u won’t have to see all theses terrible grades and save u money from having a heart attack bu u can also convince them that you can do something in the morning that will help your parents to believe it’s a good idea. Here’s a tip, a way to convince someone is u have to see their POV, what r they getting out of this. What’s good? Somethings that’s an advantage to u and the other party. Erm hope this helps! :D
