The returning soldiers was a call from Dubois to the African american soldiers that were fighting in World War 1. They were called back home by him to fight for the democracy of their Nation. While the American Creed For statement issued to define the working of America II and its people .

Similarity:-

They were both issued in favour of the country and the people who belong to the country. It was a patriotic approach.

Difference:-

The American Creed was statement for Americans which included  all the people of country while returning soldiers was issued to African  American soldiers and was in favour of abolishment of slavery.
