After becoming state many new initiatives were passed like Oklahoma Initiative 10 for literacy test required as a qualification for voting, while Oklahoma Initiative 11 rejected as it was demanding for liquor sales to be allowed. These all-new initiatives demanded huge financial support which was catered by the federal government. Hence Oklahoma government started the state’s development by taking a fruitful and ethical decision for their public welfare.
