Deviation from normality is basically dictated by society.  Anything that deviates from the norm (normal) would be considered abnormal. This could be characteristics like an extra digit (finger) on your hand, clinical findings like high blood pressure, elevated body temperature... Adjustment is how we adapt to situations and our environment; we learn to adapt as it changes by balancing our needs and conflictions of needs and obstacles in our environment. Psychological health would be of sound mind; it's your mental health and well being and of course the absence of mental illness.  Functioning at a satisfactory level of behavioral and emotional adjustments.
