Im 15 years old, I squat 305, I bench 175, as well ad dead lift 300 pounds. I also have been dieting for the past 4 or 5 months but have been just lifting for the joy of it for about a year or so and theirs really no need to do a bunch of research because as long as you are using the proper form with your lifts it doesn't matter.
