A) Urin should be almost clear with some yellow. Dark, Turbid urine could be a sign of dehydration 
B) Ammonia-like odor can be caused by certain foods in your diet like asparagus, but could also be caused by high waste concentration over water like in A or be an indication of a disease.
c) Could mean that you have some kidney damage, kidney disease. It shouldn't be more than 150 mg a day
d) Could be something wrong with your kidneys, damage, microscopic bleeding or damage to tubule cells 
e) could be a possible indication for kidney stones
f) blood in urine can be harmless, but it can also signal a serious disorder/s
