How do you find questions that need answers

Good-morning. Follow these steps to find unanswered questions on : 

1. Type in your URL bar and click enter, or click the blue link that I provided.

2. (If not already) log-in your account or create a new one.

3. You should see some filters on the above "What do you need to know?". Be sure that your filter says "Unanswered". (If it does NOT say "unanswered", continue to step 4. If your filter says "unanswered", you're good to go.)

4. If your filter says "Being Answered" or "Answered", simply, click the filter and change it to "Unanswered". After that, you may need to reload the page.

Follow those steps I provided you and should have access to unanswered questions in no time. If you're still unable to be access to unanswered questions on please contact support. Have a great day!
