Interacting with other people after losing a loved one is a good thing to do, especially if you are in need of comfort. Interacting with other people can provide closure and comfort that is needed during a time of loss. The worst thing to do is to sit alone in a room and not talk to anyone about what you are feeling because that is only making your feelings worse because isolating yourself from others enhances the feeling of loneliness and sadness that is already typically found when grieving over a loss.
