One major thing you  can do is to encourage them. Express your feelings and concerns about their eating disorders and remain a listener when they are replying. Be patient and supportive and avoid blaming or shaming them. You could encourage them to get help from doctors and receive treatment.

Nothing will delay it, but drinking some lemon (squeeze 3) would cut it, making it last a few days, but its not good to do that. won't hurt you but the next month will be more cramps.. take some advils with you on the trip
