1.)  Money makes the process easier because you can just go somewhere, such as a store, to buy a product instead of having to trade for the item. Shopping would be difficult because you would have to barter with someone just to receive an item you want.

2.) I think the perceived value of my new phone is priceless. If I didn’t have my phone I couldn’t make the important calls, I need to make. The real value of the phone in $600.
