Explanation:

 Cefalozin is an antibiotic from 1st generation cephalosporins class medication. This class is usually the antibiotic of choice for the prophylaxis of post-operative bacterial spectrum infections (gram positive skin). The cephalosporins form a group of penicillin-related beta-lactam antibiotics used to treat bacterial infections.

 Glomerulopathies, commonly known as “glomerulonephritis”, are diseases that affect the glomeruli, structures consisting of a tuft of blood capillaries (bounded by a capsule), responsible for plasma ultrafiltration.  They may originate in the kidneys and affect only these organs, being called primary organs, or may be secondary to other diseases, such as diabetes, hepatitis, autoimmune diseases, among others.  When a diagnosis of glomerulopathy is made, renal function may be normal or already deficient.

The administration of cefalozin it's not safe for the client, as he has a hereditary history of glomerulopathy, which means that he can develop kidneys problems. The cefazolin causes damage on kidneys, so this could be a problem for the client, which could result as a kidney disease.

 Antibiotic use is a common cause of nephrotoxicity and the drugs most often associated with renal dysfunction are cephalosporins, penicillins and others. The toxicity mechanisms of each antibiotic vary depending on their pharmacological properties. The most frequently found lesions are acute tubular necrosis, tubulointerstitial nephritis and crystalluria. Due to their serious side effects, the use of antibiotics should be criterious and the prescribed doses adjusted individually, considering the renal function capacity of each patient. If these precautions are not observed, the cumulative doses administered represent a periodic overlap of nephrotoxic insults.
