Obesity can be determined by the finding the BMI of the person. This is a value which is find out by calculating the body weight and height of the person.

According to WHO a person having a BMI of 30 or more is considered as obese and more than 25 it is considered as over weight.

Three physiological health conditions that is associated with obesity are cardiovascular diseases, cancer and diabetes.
