How to dislocate your shoulder by yourself?

Woah woah woah, why in the baloney would you want to know how to dislocate your shoulder? That doesn't seem safe, besides, I don't think anyone can dislocate their shoulder by themselves or even know how. The only way I can think of is like getting hurt in a way that dislocates it but mainly by accident.

I think maybe falling off a trampoline or something like that could do it. I wouldn't advise it though. You might actually break something...
