Iam currently drinking 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar mixed into 8 oz of water. i have been drinking this way for three times this day. i am planning to drink another batch before i sleep. is it bad for my body that i'm doing this. apple cider vinegar and water is good for weight loss but is too much going to harm your body?
