A physically active job doesn't guarantee better physical fitness because honestly, it could possibly made your physical fitness worse if you don't have the nutrition you need. Vote me brainliest please?

To be honest a physically active job will not guarantee a better physical fitness because one, it is not taking you out of your normal body temperature and most of the time it will not break a muscle tissue so if it doesn’t break a muscle tissue it won’t improve it. Also it is not like you are exercising that will make your body filled with bilis thats the liquid that spreads around your body when working out because that liquid gets you tired and will make it harder to keep doing more reps. So in conclusion your physically active job doesn’t do any of this things so that is the reason why it does not improve your physical fitness.

Why  do you think body composition focuses  on the  ratio  of  fatty tissue  to  other body tissue? why is  body composition not related  to  weight?
